breakfast came directly to the room each morning it included a very nice selection. the hotel location was good a short walk to the center. i found small restaurants nearby especially some serving asian food.
the view from the room was not great it did detract slightly from the room's overall appeal.

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. I especially liked the option to have it delivered to my room. the hotel's proximity to the local metro stop and bus terminal was also convenient. It made getting around very easy.
I found the kettle in my room had limescale. This. i suggest the staff check and clean the kettles regularly.

The breakfast was delivered directly to the room each morning, a feature I found acceptable.
The water kettle in the room had a disturbing amount of limescale. It was quite off-putting. After attempting to clean the kettle myself, I noticed an oily substance floating in the water after boiling it. the daily room cleaning was subpar. The bathroom was not vacuumed, and the bedsheets were only superficially arranged.

I stayed in the family suite. it had two bedrooms, super convenient for my family. breakfast got delivered right to the room daily. It was a really nice touch. the location was close to the metro, tram, and bus-just a block away!
the parking cost 18 euro per night. you definitely need to let them know you need it ahead of time!

The hotel is in an older building. The structure adds to the charm. a billa grocery store is very close. It sits right at the metro stop. this makes stocking the little fridge super easy!

My room was really spacious and so clean, and that's just awesome. the air conditioning worked great. It kept the place cool. i really appreciated the large, well-appointed bathroom and the heated floors!

The hotel is near the Florenc metro station. The station provided good connections to the airport. Tram and bus lines are close by. Breakfast had lots of options. It was delivered to the room.
The water kettle was not clean. I saw a lot of limescale inside. I cleaned the kettle and boiled water to make coffee. The water did not look clear. There was an oil like substance floating. The cleaning lady did not vacuum the bathroom or room.
